Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients should comply with the fibromyalgia diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pain 2. Patients with recent surgery 3. Patients with alcohol and drug addiction 4. Patients with metabolic bone disease or disorder 5. Major medical conditions 6. Debilitating neurological conditions 7. Pre-existing psychological disorder 8. Patients with inability to comprehend the instruments will also be excluded.
