Interventions

Intervention1: Peach extract mouthwash: The study population is instructed to rinse twice daily fore 30 seconds once inn morning after brushing and at night before going to bed with 10ml of test mouth

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 age >=18 years, 2 a minimum of 15 teeth 3 good general health, 4 a baseline Plaque Score of > 1.5 (Quigley, Hein1, 1962 as modified by Turesky et al.2, 1970 . Established gingivitis taken as a baseline, given by LÃ¶e, Silness3 (1963) Gingival Index mean > 1.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 presence of advanced periodontal disease, which was defined as presence of CPIT code four , 2 use of orthodontic appliances, 3 use of antibiotics in the previous 3 months, 4 continuous use of mouthrinses containing chemical agents in the previous 3 months.
