Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism on the basis of Sr. TSH, T3 and T4 levels. 2 Patients having clinical features of hypothyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1 Ischemic heart diseases 2 Uncontrolled hypertension 3 Myocardial Infarction 4 Cerebrovascular event 5 Cardiac arrhythmias 6 Pregnancy • Active malignant disease
