Intervention1: Intervention group having type 2 diabetes given cinnamon supplement with nutrirtion counselling.: Cinnamon powder is provided for three months with nutrition counselling and the changes

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Type 2 Diabetes Belongs to age group 30-60 years from both genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having any co morbidities (especially suffering from liver disorders)except hypertension Who have IDDM (Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus) Below 30 years or above 60 years Who are taking anticoagulant drugs

MeasureTime frame
Comparing the differnce in FBS and HbA1c of the intervention and the control group after the supplementation of cinnamonTimepoint: baseline of 0, 1st, 2nd and 3rd month blood parameters and dietary recall will be taken

MeasureTime frame
Identifying the prevalence and determinants of Type 2 Diabetes.Timepoint: 1 hour with each participant for the collection of data.
