Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young Adults (20 â?? 45 yrs) 2. Chronic ACL Injury 3. ACL Injury associated with Meniscal Injuries 4. ACL injuries associated with Chondral Defects up to Grade3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acutely injured Knee 2. Age > 45 yrs 3. H/o previous Knee surgeries 4. Infection of the Knee 5. Degenerative joint disease of the Knee 6. Multiligamentous-knee instability 7. Stiff Knee with deformity 8. Associated Metabolic disorders 9. Associated inflammatory disorders
