Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with sensorineural hearing loss between 18 to 60 years and patients undergoing CT scan of nose and paranasal sinus with normal hearing sensitivity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with middle ear disease, structural lesions of temporal bone,trauma to temporal bone,neurological diseases affecting 8th cranial nerve.
