Exclusion criteria: WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ON ANY STEROID SPRAYS OR ANY OTHER STEROID SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS LIKE SEPSIS, ENDROCRINAL ABNORMALITIES, ACTIVE INFECTIONS, PREGNANCY, LACTATION,OTHER DRUGS LIKE ANTIEPILEPTICS WHICH ALTER SERUM ACTH AND CORTISOL, MALIGNANCIES
