Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients undergoing total thyroidectomy for both benign and malignant thyroid disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism ,hypoalbuminemia , renal dysfunction
