Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women between the ages of 21 to 35 years with a clinical diagnosis of endometrioma 2. Presence of ovarian endometrioma >3 cm 3. Consenting to be enrolled in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of chronic medical disorders contraindicating surgery 2. BMI more than 35 kg/m2 3. Confirmed pregnancy 4. Preoperative evidence of Decreased Ovarian Reserve 5. Tubal factor/ male factor infertility 6. Presence of blood dyscrasias 7. Patients with previous history of laparoscopic endometriotic cystectomy
