Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers who have children less than five years of age, mothers who have immunization card of their children, mothers who have registered in the primary health care centers and Anganwadi of Udupi district and mothers who can read and understand kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers who are not having the immunization card of their children, who are not able to read and understand kannada, and are not available during the time of data collection.
