Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria- Cases coming with chest pain typical of coronary artery disease with ECG changes suggestive of myocardial ischemia/infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria- Patient coming with severe breathlessness, shock, any degree of block/ arrhythmia in ECG/past history of cerebrovascular accident
