Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: post operative ASA-1 patients who are planned for lower limb and lower abdominal surgery under regionaL anaesthesia with normal ventilatory pattern
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.smokers 2.obese patients with BMI >25 3.upper respiratory tract infection or history of uri in last 6weeks 4.deviated nasal septum/nasal polyp/any other cause of nsal obstruction 5.bleeding tendencies/past history of epistaxis/family history of bleeding disorders 6.past history of basal skull fracture.
