Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 40 years and above All genders Presence of airflow obstruction by spirometry (GOLD stage 2-4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active tuberculosis patientsâ?¨Patients with emphysematous bullâ?¨History of cough syncopeâ?¨Patients undergone abdominal, thoracic or cardiac surgeries in the last 6 months Pregnant womenâ?¨Un-cooperative patients
