Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients diagnosed with oral potentially malignant disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of hematological disorders/ immunological disorders/ uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy/lactation and medical conditions in which biopsy is contraindicated. Patients with known allergy to the stain or decolorizing agent. Patients with dental conditions / prosthetic/ orthodontic appliances that may interfere with examination / photography of the lesion.

1. Percentage of agreement between chairside diagnosis and telediagnosis in identifying potentially malignant disorders without the application of supravital stain. 2. Percentage of agreement between chairside diagnosis and telediagnosis in identifying potentially malignant disorders with the application of supravital stain. 3. Comparison of the above percentages.
