Intervention1: Combined vaginal rings: CVR which releases 15μg ethinyl estradiol and 120 μg etonogesterol daily will be inserted in the vagina on the fifth day of the cycle, for next three weeks. A

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women included will be in reproductive age group of 15-45 years with complaint of heavy menstrual bleeding. Women with fibroids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Women having no contraindication to steroid contraceptives like medical disorders Eg: jaundice, migraine, epilepsy, hypertension or diabetes mellitus, history of thromboembolism, breast or genital tract malignancy, genital prolapse or infections. ii) Conditions relevant to CVR such as cervicitis, vaginitis, cervical erosion, dyspareunia
