Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1month to 2 years of either sex Planned for elective surgery American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having high risk of pulmonary aspiration. Patients of anticipated difficult airway eg. head and neck pathology, congenital syndromes affecting airway, swellings and dressings on face or neck or restricted mouth opening . Patients having coagulopathy
