Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1)Male or female patients aged >=18 years and 2)Histologically confirmed Non Small Cell Lung (NSCLC) Adenocarcinoma. 3)Tissue available for analysis. 4)Treatment naïve patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient unable to give consent. 2)Patients with Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, small cell or large cell cancer. 3)Tumor tissue samples older than 5 year period or samples not properly stored. 4)Insufficient tissue samples with less tumor cells & high amount of necrosis.

To Estimate the prevalence of ROS1 mutation in 400 Indian Non Small Cell Lung Adenocarcinoma patient population.Timepoint: 2-3 years

To analyse the efficacy and safety of crizotinib in Non Small Cell Lung Adenocarcinoma patients who are ROS1 rearranged.Timepoint: 2-3 years
