Intervention1: Yoga Session: Omkar Recitation- 3 minute Pranayam- 3 minute Suryanamskar Sukhasana(crossed leg pleasant pose)- ¼ minute to one minute Bhujangasana (cobra pose) -3 - 7 turns Dhanur

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with impaired fasting glycemia, fasting blood glucose level between 110mg/dL-125mg/dL and HbA1c level between 5.7-6.4 percent will be included for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with clinically diagnosed Type I and Type II diabetes mellitus will be excluded. Individuals who any foot deformities, history of exposure to agents such as heavy metals, anti-tuberculosis drugs, cancer drugs, opioid drugs will be excluded from the study.
