Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: recreational athletes in above age criteria who is having anterior knee pain,pain should be more than 3 on NPRS and clerks test should be positive to participate in the study.Pain should be present on one side only.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes having bilateral knee pain,istory of surgery,coexisting ligament or meniscus injury,acute low back,ankle,hip,SI joint pain will be excluded from the study.
