Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having symptoms of increased reddish black menstrual bleeding 2.Blood clots seen in menstrual bleeding 3.Distended abdomen 4.Headache and Low back ache 5.Patients willing to undergo routine blood investigations 6.Patient willing to undergo USG pelvis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation 2. Endometriosis 3. Adenomyosis 4. Uterine cancer 5. Any other serious illness
