Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All adults between 30 – 70 years 2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention within 2 weeks or 3. Patients with stable coronary artery disease who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention in the last 2 weeks 4. Patients who are willing and able to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe LV dysfunction 2. Unstable arrhythmia 3. Active decompensated heart failure 4. Uncontrolled hypertension ( >180/110) 5. Contraindications to yoga 7. Contraindications to exercise testing or training 8. NYHA IV 9. Incomplete revascularisation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
A composite of cardio-metabolic and neuro-psychological outcome which will be assessed by changes in the following variables from baseline Cardio-metabolic parameters - Exercise Level achieved (TMT and SPECT-Bruce Protocol),Body Mass Index,Waist to Hip ratio,Blood pressure, Inflammatory markers hs-CRP, IL-6 Neuro-Psychological - Mental Stress(Perceived Stress Scale),Health-related Quality of Life (SF-36),Quality of Life(WHO-BREF),Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS)Timepoint: All the parameters will be assessed at baseline, 6, 9, 12, 21 & 36 months or later except Exercise Level achieved which will be assessed after 6 months,and 36 months or later

1. Change in major lifestyle risk factors Tobacco cessation rate, Dyslipidemia: (Lipid profile), Glycemic control: HbA1C, Physical activity-International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ) 2. Change in Arrhythmia Risk Heart Rate Variability,Arrhythmia burden 3. MACCE(major adverse cerebrovascular or cardiovascular events. It includes mortality, morbidity, revascularization, stroke & myocardial infarction) Timepoint: Baseline, 6,9 12,24 & 36 months or later
