Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender , aged 18-60, belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) status 1 or 2 undergoing elective surgery of two hours or more duration requiring endotracheal intubation after acquiring consent stating the procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuromuscular disease Allergy or hypersensitivity to drugs, Undergoing neck surgeries Unwilling patients
