Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy more than 20weeks and Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (systolic blood pressure of 160mmHg or more and /or diastolic blood pressure of 110mmHg or more)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy beyond less than 20 weeks gestational age Who do not agree for consent. Contraindication or known allergy to hydralazine or labetalol

| This study is expected to conclude the adverse effect in pregnancy in terms of maternal and fetal outcome. Maternal outcomes are of two types immediate and long term.
