Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Performing Bharatnatyam since at least 3 years. Performing Bharatnatyam for at least 8 days per week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dancers who are known cases of major systemic disorders. Dancers indulging in other heavy physical activities like sports, gymnastics along with Bharatnatyam
