Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals within the age group of 18-35 years. 2.Individuals that fall under normal, overweight and obese BMI respectively. 3.Individuals scoring less than two in AHA/ACSM pre participation questionnaire 4.Non- smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals receiving drugs on regular basis 2.Participants with any cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, orthopedic and neurological conditions contraindicating exercise testing and training. 3.Individuals not willing to give consent or participate in the study.
