Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 20to70 years Sex Either gender Patients with history of low back pain with unilateral radiating pain at least below the knee joint and not relieved with 6 weeks of conservative analgesia Lumbar disc prolapse visible on plain radiograph and 1to 2 level compression visible on MRI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusing to give consent Antinatal female The patients who had previous surgery at the lumbar spine Previous history of epidural steroid injections Allergies to contrast media and LA Gross neurological deficits Cauda equina syndrome Inflammatory joint diseases Pars defects
