Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18-40 years diagnosed as Acute Coronary Syndrome will be included in the study Patient giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not giving consent. Patient having age less than 18 or above 40 years All patients with stable angina Patients having cerebrovascular disease, stroke. Patients having prior cardiac conditions that could affect outcome like valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and previous left bundle branch block Patients having acute or chronic liver disease and renal impairment.
