Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Class I& II BMI mouth opening > 2.5 cm malampatti class GA with short surgical procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: anticipated difficult airway pregnant female full stomach, hiatus hernia,GERD Head injury history of asthma, reactive airway disease ,URTI patients undergoing oral surgery heart rate blood pressure allergy to propofol / dexmedetomidine/fentanyl
