Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV patients who are willing to give written informed consent for participating in study. 2. Age range of 18-65 years will be included in study. 3.The duration of more than six months have been passed, after diagnosis of HIV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will not be ready to give informed consent. 2. Pregnant or Lactating women. 3. Other Significant chronic and systemic illness. 4. HIV patients presented with central nervous system complications like cerebral opportunistic infection, AIDS related tumours such as lymphoma, or the clinical diagnosis of HIV dementia syndrome. 5. Patients with severe mental illnesses including schizophrenia, bipolar mood disorder, cognitive impairment, chronic disabling illnesses, negative symptoms, dementia, poor attention as well as those unable to give verbal replies will be excluded from the study. 6. Patients on antidepressant, antipsychotic or anti anxiety medications in the last two months will be excluded. 7. Past history of psychiatric illness.
