Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Karate performers. Between the age group of nine to twelve years With minimum of one year Karate training. Willing to participate in the study. From selected schools of Udupi district. Non Karate performers. Between the age group of nine to twelve years Not undergoing any sports training. Willing to participate in the study. From selected schools of Udupi district.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Karate performers. Having any musculoskeletal deformity or any health problems. Undergoing multiple sports or physical training. Those who are attending gym clubs or body buildings. Those who are practicing aerobic exercise and dance. Non- Karate performers. Undergoing any sports or physical training. Having any musculoskeletal deformity or any health problems. Those who are attending gym clubs or body building.
