Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 15 to 30 years.. Spasmodic dysmenorrhoeal pain Nausea ,Vomiting , Headache ,Diarrhoea or Constipation Patient willing to participate in trail and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any pelvic pathology such as Chronic pelvic infection, Pelvic endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Uterine fibroid, Endometrial Polyp. IUCD in utero. Presence of any associated severe systemic illness
