Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who had been operated for back surgery an year before. 2.patients who had been suffering from back pain with or without leg pain,which is not responding to conservative management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with pschycological or behaviour disorder. 2.patients with chronic inflammatory disorder. 3.patients with neoplastic disorder 4.pregnant and lactating women
