Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases of congenital disorder detected prenatally or with history of any major CMF in previous child, reporting at OBG department shall be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: couples not willing to participate and Multiple pregnancy cases with mixed, anomalous shall be excluded
