Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with tobacco related cancer and are willing to participate in the study. Health professionals and policy makers who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with cancer other than oral and lung cancer were excluded
