Inclusion criteria: ASA: II and III Elective OPCAB Ejection fraction > 55%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency OPCAB Preoperative mechanical ventilation Preoperative Inotropes Preoperative Intra-aortic balloon pump Mitral regurgitation > grade II Renal insufficiency
