Inclusion criteria: 1. Bowling experience for atleast five years 2. Club, university or college level 3. Fast and spin bowlers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent musculoskeletal injuries 2. Recent change in bowling action 3. Other injuries that will interfere with bowling action
