Intervention1: Functional electrical stimulation and Task Related training: All the patients will be receiving 30 min of FES (20 Hz frequency and pulse duration 300 ηs) from the FES stimulator. The F
(2) stepping up exercise with the affected leg
(3) stepping down exercise with the unaffected leg
(4) heel lifts from a dorsiflexed position in standing and 2 functional training
(5) standing up from a chair, walking a short distance, and returning to the chair
and (6) walking with rhythmic auditory cues generated by a metronome. TRT will be given for 20 repetitions for each exercise and will be a 30 min session. The total duration for the intervention will

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single stroke duration from 1 month to 1 year. 2. Patients able to walk 10 m with or without walking aids. 3. Mini Mental State Score >24. 4. Patients with spasticity grade 1 according to modified ashworth scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical comorbidity (joint contracture, pain or fracture of the musculoskeletal system) 2. Subjects with Transient Ischemic Attack and any other neurological disorders. 3. Patient with sensory impairments.
