Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE I AND II, HAVING MILD TO MODERATE CONTRACTURE OF NECK(ONAHS CLASSIFICATION TYPE 1 AND 2), MALLAMPATTI GRADE 1 OR 2, MOUTH OPENING ATLEAST 3cm, UNDERGOING ELECTIVE SURGERY AND REQUIRING INTUBATION
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PATHOLOGY OF NECK OTHER THAN THE SCAR, 2. REACTIVE AIRWAY, 3. GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE, 4. BMI MORE THAN 30, 5. NECK CIRCUMFERENCE MORE THAN 40cm, 6. PREGNANT PATIENTS
