Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I and II patients for elective surgery under general anaesthesia 2.Age greater than 18 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA III and IV patients 2.Age under 18yrs 3.Patients with congenital airway anomalies 4.History of radiotherapy in the head and neck region. 5. Surgery for malignancies of head and neck region 6.Previous history of trauma and oral surgery.
