Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient willing to participate in the study. 2.Age group of 18-65 years of either sex. 3.Diagnosed cases of chronic lumbar radiculopathy based on symptoms, clinical examination, x-ray and MRI scan of lumbosacral spine. 4.Patients who have not taken the study drugs previously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant and lactating women 2.immunocompromized patients 3.history of diabetes and tuberculosis 4.history of cardiac illness 5.history of renal and liver disease 6.patients taking anticholinergics and antipsychotic medicines 7.history of psychiatric disorders 8.patients having neurodeficit in lower limb 9. patients with bladder and bladder incontinence 10.radiculopathy secondary to tumors 11.patients with known hypersensitivity to trial drugs.
