Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vegetarians with low plasma vitamin B12 in Indian participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non vegetarians, cancer and the participants consuming vitamin B12 pills and the drugs known to influence vitamin B12 absorption
