Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood pressure level above 140/90 mmHg and 250/110 mmHg Fatigue Nausea Giddiness Sweating Obesity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than 18 and 60 years Hypertension in Pregnancy Associated other secondary diseases like renal failure Congestive Cardiac Failure Other cardiac problems Chronic diseases
