Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient aged between 19-65 years of both sexes with ASA grade I-II undergoing surgery requiring internal jugular venous access will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Age o Patient refusal. o Neck surgery, o Bleeding disorder, o Body Mass Index (BMI) of >35kg/m2 for both males & females, o Infection or phlebitis at the site of insertion, o Congestive heart failure, o Pulmonary or tricuspid valve stenosis/regurgitation, o Pulmonary hypertension, o Severe obstructive pulmonary disease, o Previous CVC insertion within 15 days, o Emergency surgery.
