Inclusion criteria: Group 1 1 Age 20 to 60 years 2 Unilateral headache 3 Lacrimation 4 Throbbing pain Group 2 1 Frequent headache 2 Deep breath 3 Horripilation 4 Anorexia 5 Sleeplessness Patients with Group 1 and any 3-4 symptoms of Group 2 will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Chandravartham 2 Vadha thalai nokadu 3 Any other systemic illness 4 Vulnerable group 5 Head injury 6 Vascular disorder
