Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes with shin pain or diagnosed with MTSS Symptoms lasting for 2-3 weeks in the last 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture of the lower limbs in less than 3 months Acute injuries to the lower limb that prevents them from performing single leg squat Surgery or trauma to lower extremity in past 1 year

MeasureTime frame
Improvement and/or Change in Squat Biomechanics with fascial manipulationTimepoint: Comparison of squat biomechanics between 1) before the intervention after the screening and 2) Acute effect after the intervention.

MeasureTime frame
Reduced pain due to shin splints after the interventionTimepoint: Comparison on pain scores on VAS scale at 1) before the intervention when the participant is recruited and screened and, 2) acute effect after the intervention
