Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of purvarupa early symptoms and rupa symptoms of Vatarakta gout Patients having classical signs and symtoms without sandhivaikalya joint deformity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 and above 70 years of age Patients having sandhivaikalya joint deformity and of Gambhira Vatarakta deep seated gout Patients suffering from any systemic diseases like Diabetes Hypertension Cardiac Anomaly Chronic renal failure Liver cirrhosis Pregnant and lactating mother
