Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : 1.Patient more than 18 years and mentally sound to give consent. 2. Gives informed written consent 3. Bilateral subjective tinnitus with no unidentifiable cause 4. Patient chooses transdermal route injection as treatment method

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: : 1.Unilateral tinnitus 2. Objective tinnitus 3. Patient prefers other treatment method like TRT or oral medication 4. Coexistant ear diseases 5.Pregnent women 6.History of allergy to lignocaine
