Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women between 30-60 years with intact uterus are eligible for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Past history of treatment received for cervical pre cancers and/or cancer

MeasureTime frame
The Cryotherapy and the thermo-coagulation arms will be compared by the following parameters: a. % of VIA/HPV positive women having no lesion at follow up at 9-12 months after treatment as verified by colposcopy and/or biopsy b. % of histopathology proved CIN lesions are cured after treatment as verified by colposcopy and/or biopsy c. % of women having complications after treatment Timepoint: Total study duration is 2 years(1 year for recruitment 1 year for follow up)
