Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Primi and Multi Gravida upto second gravida and primi para Pregnant women between 18 to 35 years of age Pregnant women visiting first time with amenorrhea with symptoms of Garbhini Chardi in first trimester of pregnancy Patients who are willing to sign in bilingual informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multi Gravida with more than second parity and or with bad obstetric history Pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum and dehydration Pregnant women with twin pregnancy and molar pregnancy Patient with history of peptic ulcer appendicitis hepatitis pancreatitis presenting with vomiting in pregnancy Pregnant women with history of systemic disorders like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus hypertension and hypothyroidism
