Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the babies admitted in the NICU requiring intubation in our hospital with a post procedure chest radiograph.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates with cranio facial anomalies. 2.Failure to obtain consent

1.To derive normative data for the distance between appropriately placed endotracheal tube tip from aortic arch by ultrasound.Timepoint: 2.At the end of 3 readings of ultrasound

MeasureTime frame
1.To find out correlation between optimum length and various anthropocentric parameters (weight, occipito frontal circumference, crown heel length, nasal tragal length and sternal length).Timepoint: At the end of 3 readings of ultrasounds
